An established construction company in Kempton Park seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and conducting site measurements.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying/estimating
- Proficiency in cost management and project budgeting
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for all quoted projects.
- Gather and analyze proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Perform design calculations using Prokon and internal design load span tables.
- Accurately read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Strong ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
