Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Risk Specialist with a strong background in risk management and project oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or risk analysis. This role is critical for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various projects, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks associated with projects using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Develop and implement effective risk management plans, strategies, and action plans to minimize risk exposure.
- Continuously monitor project risks and report on their status, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to integrate risk management into the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices and tools.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's risk management policies and procedures.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate risk workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk identification and understanding.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all risk management activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
