We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our
team as a Compliance Officer. You will play a crucial role in
ensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements, internal
policies, and best practices.
DUTIES:
Handling physical and digital filing, systems, and all databases for the back
office.
Managing the team in respect of onboarding of clients for various investments
from inception. Identifying compliance requirements, liaising with clients for
compliance requests, the population of investment agreements, and sending
out to clients for signature.
Collating portfolio statements from various investment houses and ensuring
all statements are accurate and received in order.
Assisting with preparing portfolio reviews for clients.
Interacting with all stakeholders of the company. This includes clients,
suppliers, and partners with any queries or other related matters.
Working on Excel workbooks regarding portfolio reviews, budgeting, and
forecasts
Any other reasonable request of Directors or Management.
REQUIREMENTS
3 5 years experience in an Administrative Role. Any experience in the
Investment Industry will be an advantage.
Matric
Bachelor of Commerce or Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Business
Management /Accounting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in KYC compliance would be beneficial
Candidate needs to be strong with Excel and numbers
Experience or understanding of CRM Systems i.e. Air table, Trello, etc
Experience in preparing portfolio reviews for client investments
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent administration and organizational skills
Good record-keeping ability
Have some IT-related knowledge i.e: Zoom, Teams, Webinars
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Must be presentable and have a good personality. There is the opportunity for
