Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Addo, Eastern Cape
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Food Safety and Hospitality Management is advantageous
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
Minimum Qualification Criteria: - Matric
- 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Basic accounting and financial management skills
Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Analyze sales data and adjust operations accordingly
- Train and develop staff to enhance performance and knowledge
- Monitor and control labour and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
