What You'll be Doing:
Email & WhatsApp
- Campaign Management: Lead and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns, including template creation, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
- Lifecycle Programs: Support strategic customer lifecycle initiatives, including prospecting, nurturing, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
- Targeting & Segmentation: Develop precise audience segments to enhance engagement and revenue performance.
- Calendar Oversight: Manage the email/WhatsApp marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and forecasts.
- Personalisation: Utilise customer data and web behaviour for personalised messaging and content.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to refine email templates and creative assets.
- Frequency Management: Balance messaging frequency to minimise subscriber churn across campaigns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure optimal rendering across devices and platforms through thorough testing.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports on campaign metrics, including engagement, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance email and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
Social Media
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Content & Campaign Management: Oversee the social media content calendar and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Influencer Campaigns: Develop and manage social media influencer campaigns and relationships.
- Content Partnerships: Collaborate with partners to create relevant and engaging social media content.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to produce assets for social platforms.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with the eCommerce team to align organic social efforts with paid digital initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with followers across platforms and manage conversations to build community.
- Contest Management: Run social media contests to boost email acquisition and audience growth.
- Community & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with online communities and influencers to foster engagement and loyalty.
Content Creation
- Brand Expertise: Understand and embody the brand, products, and vision in all content creation.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative agency to produce platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok with potential expansion to YouTube.
- Content Production: Lead the creation, editing, and posting of social media content, with a strong focus on video.
- Video Editing Proficiency: Utilize video editing apps and software to craft high-quality content.
- Insight-Driven Content: Use social media insights to create visually cohesive Instagram content aligned with other marketing channels.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead social-first content creation for all brand campaigns, including behind-the-scenes coverage.
- Creative Support: Assist the creative team with content creation and social media insights.
- Event Coverage: Travel as needed to capture content for events like store openings and experiential activations.
- Content Hub: Serve as the primary resource for content creation at the company.
- Collaborative Planning: Work with department managers on marketing plans and materials.
- On-Set Capture: Attend photography shoots to create video content for social media.
- Trend Translation: Stay updated on social media and skincare/beauty trends, translating them into the brand’s tone of voice.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in email marketing , editorial, and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Klaviyo and content management systems. Skilled in image editing programs and relevant mobile apps.
- Strong in on-platform capture and quick editing. Able to apply data and insights to guide content decisions.
- Capable of developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
