They're looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership and warehouse management skills to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of Aluminum and Glass products
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (AAAMSA, SAGGA, NHBR)
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and service levels
- Improve processes, ensure timely delivery to customers, and maintain high safety standards
- Oversee financials, control costs, and manage warehouse budgets
- Building client base and upholding client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (advantageous)
- 5+ years of management experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the aluminum and glass industry
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Sales experience is essential
