Salary on offer will be between R390 - R585K per annum and will be based on both experience and qualifications Minimum requirements:
National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, construction Management 5 to 8 years of site and estimating experience Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, able to analyse information, problem solving skills, and be able to make decisions Must be able to work under pressure and work independently Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards Must have a valid driver’s license
