We are currently seeking an HR Trainer responsible for conducting training needs analyses, designing and implementing customized training programs, and leading sessions on various HR-related topics.
Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training needs within the organization.
- Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Facilitation: Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR training or a similar role
- Familiarity with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
