As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the company's inventory management, business planning and IT service management. You will be responsible for providing ongoing visibility into the company's inventories and managing daily operations to ensure that all parts are received on time and in good condition. You should have experience with warehouse management systems such as ERP or SAP, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- Supervises and manages department staff, including finance, accounting, purchasing, personnel, and warehouse managers.
- Coordinates transportation of inventory as per company policy, meets service deadlines, minimizes costs, and maintains organizational compliance.
- Maintains records of raw materials, in-process items, finished goods, supplies, and customer orders, and tracks inventory levels for customer replenishment purposes.
- Responsible for planning for, organizing, and executing all daily work processes.
Qualifications
- Current license or eligibility to obtain one by the end of the introductory period.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred.
