The Analyst role is responsible for creating reports that can be used to analyse and summarise the information being collected. You will work closely with data analysts, ITILLs and others within the company to ensure that all of our systems are operating optimally. The Analyst will use Microsoft Excel (including PowerPivot) in order to create ad-hoc reports, calculate values or input them into other spreadsheets or databases. You should have good written communication skills, including verbal fluency in English and French; as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must also be able to handle multiple tasks at once while remaining calm under pressure when required!
Requirements
- Collaborates with other team members to review, analyze, and resolve issues
- Provides a good analysis of possible solutions to open problems or situations using the information available in Excel.
- Creates new workflows or processes on multiple spreadsheets, tasks or multiple programs.
- Writes detailed and accurate reports on complex data.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the CFO and accounting function needed.
- Previous experience with the following: Auditing, management reporting, project management and systems analysis is preferred.
- Must have current knowledge of federal regulations applicable to all employers.
- Experience with the following tools and software packages: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL Server or MySQL databases.
