As a Client Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include project management, requirements analysis and documentation of clients' requirements. You'll also manage the project timeline through detailed time tracking.
You must have at least 3 years experience in this role within an established organisation or have gained some relevant industry knowledge by working on similar projects in your previous roles. Experience with our company's PM software is essential as well as experience in delivering high quality work consistently on tight deadlines is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Provides project status reports to management regarding software requirements, design solutions, testing results, and user acceptance.
- Manages all communication about cost estimates, development timelines, and project scope to accomplish customer needs.
- Creates, approves, and maintains project plans to effectively manage projects through the lifecycle.
- Manages project proposals with deadlines, completion criteria, staffing, costs, costs per unit, costs per month, cost per month is estimated, start date, end date, target build number, update frequency, deliverables, review Manages and facilitates team based projects
- Designs and implements project schedules and budgets.
- Interacts with other project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are on track and meeting project goals.
- Engages in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities and supporting projects staff to deliver products and services.
- Establishes and maintains effective and productive client relationships by interacting and collaborating with the development and IT departments and other professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required
- Three years of experience as a client relationship manager, including project management, business development and/or new business development with a strong background in project management, finance and accounting.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as cross functional collaboration within an agile team environment.
