Functieomschrijving We are currently looking for a Service Continuity Process Owner to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Implement and drive the Service Continuity Process as a practice within Dimension Data MEA. Drive Continuity through governance and efficiency via the practice, an effective services governance framework that is consistent with general requirements and industry best practices/standards is developed, maintained and adhered to. Assist the DD team to operational and service excellence by means of effective implementation and execution. Work along with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery to ensure customer service delivery can be maintained. ensure
What we expect you to do
Ensure Service Continuity requirements and targets are determined and met.
Risk assessment and management of risks to service continuity will be assessed and documented.
Creation of a Service continuity policy and relevant plans or procedures and governance of these.
Service continuity testing of the plans and procedures with the results being managed where deficiencies are found.
Review after invocation of a service continuity plan and implementing any improvements.
Document and record retention for audit and customer purposes.
Work along with the Process Management team to ensure process implementation and management.
Assist with audit readiness for all ISO requirements and ITIL process implementation
Requirements Qualification
Matric
ISO 20000 and or ITIL V3 Expert
Experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in Service Continuity as a process owner.
Must have worked in either Service Continuity, Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery.
Preferably in the IP or IT or Telco sector.
