As a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing business solutions to clients through consulting and implementing the latest Oracle HRMS version 11g with more than 20 years of experience in the field. You are an expert on all aspects of the human capital management industry including recruiting, employee onboarding, performance management, talent acquisition and compensation planning.
Requirements
- Develops comprehensive business process models and related technical specifications
- Analyzes requirements and determines the most efficient design methodology to implement the business processes.
- Creates plans, specifications, and instructions for completing the project in accordance with project plan.
- Acts as liaison between the customer and other departments on a daily basis during the project.
- Provides support for project throughout each phase of the project.
- Acts as Provides client with support and strategic direction by working with clients' business objectives-Maintains knowledge of the latest developments in both technology and business processes for customer benefit.
- -Develops and implements a successful business process improvement strategy that enables to achieve positive results.
- -Customizes current human resource management practices as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HCM consulting experience preferred.
- Certified Oracle Consultant certification is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required
- 1+ years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting preferred.
