As a Client Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of client relationships. You will take care of all aspects of our business, including client management and supporting the sales team.
In this role, you will liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs within agreed timeframes.
You should have excellent communication skills as well as experience in dealing with issues from both sides (client and internal) in order to resolve any problems quickly and effectively.
Requirements
- Hosts, develops and manages client workshops, training sessions and webinars to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Communicates with clients by phone, email, and Skype, as well as helps them troubleshoot problems.
- Reviews our services with clients and helps them determine what we can provide them.
- Acts as the main contact point to clients at all times.
- Serves as a point of contact for all questions and issues.
- Acts as the client's liaison between their internal technology departments, our team and external vendors.
- Works closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities to increase client revenue.
- Actively participates in strategic planning sessions, product reviews, and Worked with clients on their cloud setup and migration to ensure success
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in client operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Three years of experience in a management position or team leader role
- Experience with a large organization preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of technical experience
- Cloud Experience would be advantageous
