Our client is seeking a qualified National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
Requirements: - A Sales and Marketing degree or a Business Management degree.
- 5-8 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial sales position at a medium-sized company.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Strategy :
- Develop, implement, and manage the Sales and Marketing Strategy.
- Ensure product offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Identify new revenue streams and collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to update the marketing plan for financial targets.
- Oversee the execution of the marketing plan across all departments.
- Coordinate and attend sales events to generate leads.
Sales Management and Financial Targets :
- Plan and manage financial budgets to meet capacity and performance goals.
- Track weekly sales performance, addressing concerns and managing conversions.
- Motivate and assist sales teams to meet targets, including digital sales enquiries.
Sales Tools and Training :
- Provide sales teams with necessary tools (e.g., fact sheets, forms, presentations).
- Organise annual sales training and travel for sales checks and additional training.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, analysing performance and highlighting action areas.
- Supply departments with capacity and budget data to meet targets.
Policies and Procedures :
- Develop, implement, and regularly review sales-related policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate business risk.
Salary: R504 000 - R540 000
