The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area. This position involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Planning - Promote and market the divisional products and services effectively and efficiently.
- Create comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking into account market trends and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales plan
- Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area
- Ensure achievement of Sales Targets inline with Budget requirements - To ensure the successful achievement of monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share on a continuous basis.
- Efficient Administration - To maintain effective and efficient administrative systems for equipment sales.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
- 3 - 5 years Material Handling Experience
- IMPERATIVE : can must have Forklift experience - selling of the products
