Location: Office based in Cape Town Type: Full-time Working hours are expected to be: 9AM - 6PM UK time. (11AM - 8PM SA time in Winter, 10AM - 7PM SA time in Summer)Shorter days during some of August. Salary: Base: 20,000 - 30,000 Rand per month based on experience and performance. Who we are looking for: ● Someone passionate and motivated, who loves being a part of a close team ● Proven track record of hitting sales targets ● Confident in developing outbound pipelines and handling objections ● Growth mindset — dedicated to growing your skills as a professional● Passion for companies that have a positive social impact and the education sector ● Strong bias to action ● Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage Headteachers and other school leaders ● Care and empathy for the education sector and the challenges of working in it What you'll be doing: ● Calling candidates (Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other roles) to engage with them the Zen educate platform and help them find work in UK schools as quickly as possible. ● Follow up inbound and outbound leads and drive urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes. ● Monitor job boards to engage and attract the highest quality candidates before any traditional, expensive recruitment agencies do. ● Interact with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience ● Increase the number of talented candidates on our platform and help place them in roles by matching their skills to the schools’ requirements ● Work collaboratively across the business with the sales and technology teams to help improve efficiency in providing value to candidates.
