Job Description
The Senior Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client's target KPIs. Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director.
We are hiring for this opportunity in preparation for exciting 2025 client wins. We may begin interview processes between now and the end of the year, but decisions and offers will be made from January 2025 at the earliest
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
- Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
- Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
- Mentoring other team members with In-Platform execution
- Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications
Qualifications
Technical Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Paid Search account management
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Bid Management technology).
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Experience with Search Ads 360
Professional Qualifications:
- Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors.
- Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce high quality documents.
- Demonstrates a structured and structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and skillfully manage task prioritization
- Demonstrates a strong focus on accuracy.
- Possess strong relational abilities, particularly in influencing and engaged listening.
- An engaging individual with confidence and clear articulation
- Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
