What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting and executing the company’s commercial strategy - this is where your vision comes to life.
- Driving a sales strategy that inspires your team and delivers impressive results.
- Overseeing a marketing strategy that puts the brand on everyone’s radar.
- Leading the remarketing efforts for off-lease and refurbished equipment - keeping things sustainable and profitable.
- Guiding and empowering a strong team, with a focus on people management, mentoring, and self-development.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got a Commercial Degree (or equivalent) and 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services or Equipment Finance under your belt.
- You know how to lead with passion, but also have the strategic chops to deliver results.
- You’re all about teamwork, and your leadership style brings out the best in others.
- Your ability to juggle multiple priorities (ad-hoc projects included!) is second to none.
