The client is a marketing partner for owners and brands that manage unique holiday accommodations across the UK. They help their Partners gain visibility through their social media channels and web application. Additionally, they provide them with the tools to build their brands and reach their ideal guests through content creation, social media assistance, and eventually SEO. They’re also a platform for people looking to find their perfect escape.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing & Admin Executive, you will play a key role in managing their social media presence, executing marketing strategies, handling administrative tasks, and supporting their Partners in maximizing their visibility and bookings. This role requires someone proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership of their work.
Marketing Tasks:
• Manage the clients social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, responding to comments and DMs, and developing strategies to increase engagement.
• Create engaging Reels and TikToks using their existing content, ensuring they capture attention and maintain viewer interest.
• Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, creating engaging templates and newsletters for their audience.
• Research and share insights on social media trends to help their Partners reach more potential customers and increase bookings.
• Use Canva for basic graphic design to create visually appealing content for social media and other marketing materials.
• Have a beginner-level understanding of SEO, with a willingness to learn more and apply this knowledge, as SEO will become a greater focus in the future.
• Ensure all content aligns with the clients brand identity, maintaining consistency across social media and marketing materials.
Admin Tasks:
• Manage their website and web application, including adding properties, images, and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and updates.
• Use Photoshop and generative AI tools to optimise images for their web application, adjusting dimensions and quality as needed.
• Identify potential new Partners that align with our brand and reach out to them via email, introducing us and sharing introductory offers. Maintain a record of outreach efforts and follow up as needed to encourage them to join our platform.
• Organise and maintain content files, ensuring assets are easy to locate for marketing purposes.
• Communicate regularly with Partners, providing support and guidance, and engaging in meetings as needed.
• Develop and implement systems to streamline and automate workflows using modern tools like Zapier, ensuring efficient backend operations.
Skills & Experience:
• Experience: Proven experience in a marketing/admin role is essential, with a solid understanding of social media management, content creation, and branding.
• Branding Knowledge: Ability to maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Software Knowledge: Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT for streamlining tasks and content creation. Experience with generative AI tools is highly beneficial.
• SEO & Google Ads: Beginner experience is ideal, with a willingness to learn more as we plan to focus on this area. Training and skill development will be provided within your normal working hours.
• Automation & Systems: Ability to develop and implement systems for automating tasks using modern tools like Zapier, enhancing efficiency in workflows and communication.
Soft Skills:
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to create efficient systems for task automation.
• Comfortable communicating with Partners, engaging in meetings, and providing support.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (UK Time), Monday to Thursday
