Your Mission
Initiateand process purchase orders for necessary resources intervention. Verify purchase order accuracy and coordinate with vendorsto ensure timely deliveries. Maintain purchase order records and documentation. Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and servicesrelated to field service operations. Ensure invoices are accurate and in compliance with companypolicies. Collaborate with the finance department for paymentprocessing. FSE Expenses Management:
-Collect and review expense reports submitted by fieldservice engineers.
-Verify expenses for accuracy and compliance with companypolicies.
-Assist in expense report processing and reimbursement. Coordinate and arrange logistics for field service trips,including travel, accommodation, and transportation. Facilitate visa applications and compliance documentationfor field service engineers traveling internationally. Stay up to date with visa regulations and ensure adherenceto travel guidelines. Maintain accurate records of field service engineer workhours and assignments. Assist in tracking time and effort for project-based work. Generate reports on time and effort for management.
Your Profile
Level of Education and Language
Bachelor'sdegree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. Good English Speaking and Writing
Level of experience and skills:
Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus onpurchase order management, invoicing, and logistics coordination. Familiarity with financial and procurement systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams,vendors, and field service engineers. Knowledge of international travel requirements and visaprocessing is a plus.
