Position: Financial Administrator

Job Overview:

As a Financial Administrator you’ll be supporting the senior accounting team and playing a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to align financial records with bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, including bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, vendor payments, and customer payments.
- Assist with preparing monthly management accounts,
- Process monthly journal entries E.g., Payroll, accruals etc.
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation, including Intercompany accounts.
- Assisting Group Financial Controller with month-end closure.
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the external audit process.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance Diploma or Degree or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Xero.
- MS Excel Advanced (Non-negotiable)
