Job Description
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both local and global HR projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coordination and data management of Local and Global HR Projects/Initiatives.
- Supporting the Head of Finance and HR in all HR and payroll audits.
- Assisting with internal HR audits, including reviewing systems and personnel files.
- Maintaining and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and the employee handbook.
- Managing personnel files and updating information on Pastel Payroll (including contract renewals, new hires, terminations, and banking details).
- Ensuring that all HR documentation is up to date, including contracts of employment.
- Supporting electronic filing and document management on HR SharePoint.
- Adhering to quality, efficiency, and confidentiality standards in the HR function.
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your direct line manager.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a socially responsible corporate culture.
Minimum Requirements
We are looking for a reliable, flexible team player who can work independently with a self-motivated and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant diploma or degree with at least 2 years of HR administration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of Pastel Payroll is advantageous.
