Hire Resolve’s client is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager for a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company based in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN). The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes adhere to industry safety standards and efficiency practices.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement inventory management systems to enhance operational efficiency Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to improve processes Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
