RPO's client is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The client specializes in producing high-quality, ready-to-eat meals and other food products, ensuring the highest standards in food safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely output.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Optimize production processes to increase productivity while reducing costs.
- Manage and lead a team, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments to meet production targets and customer requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and quality.
- Monitor and report on production KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
