We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to manage and maintain our clients computer systems and networks across 10 branches, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in computer hardware, software, and networking, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar IT support role
Certifications: CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+
Basic programming skills in C# and VB.Net
Experience with Pastel Evolution accounting software
Knowledge of SQL-based CRM systems (advantageous)
Experience in creating reports using Power BI
Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and configure workstations, including computers, routers, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, performing repairs or replacements when necessary.
Ensure proper functioning of computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards, and mice.
Install and configure software and applications according to the company's needs.
Provide basic network troubleshooting and assist in maintaining network performance.
Optimize IT systems and networks to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure all IT activities comply with the organization's policies and procedures.
Train and assist users in operating new software and equipment.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving IT issues.
Maintain detailed logs and records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with colleagues on IT projects and help in the implementation of new systems.
Keep accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and user setups.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve troubleshooting issues.
Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and trends to improve service delivery.
