Scope of the role
This role is the central point of contact for all work that flows through the Creative (studio) team to the Client Service team: schedule and traffic work i.e. social media, strategy and content marketing from small tasks to large workflows across ATL, BTL and Digital. The successful candidate must ensure that all internal meetings surrounding client jobs and pitches are scheduled and that the relevant personnel are in attendance.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Facilitate creative workflow planning with creatives, Account Managers and department heads Ensure communication is clear to all working on a client brief or pitch Monitor all resource requirements across the studio and alert Creative Heads if there are problems Ensure all deliverables are completed within the scheduled timelines Interact with Account Managers and the production team Source and manage freelancers Ensure timesheets are completed (accurately) and submitted Work closely with the Executive Creative Director to assign specific tasks to Creatives Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups with studio / creatives to ensure they are clear about their workload and responsibilities Problem-solve resource issues as and when they arise Ensure all key dates for review and approval of work is communicated to and understood by each member of the teams assigned to each client project Ensure all jobs can be tracked and are easily accessible to all internal stakeholders Manage and monitor all daily activities and deadlines Monitor schedules and workloads of all permanent and freelance staff Work with the relevant teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and invoiced on time and within budget Assist in de-briefing projects with the Client Services team, Studio, relevant Dept Heads to assess the performance of relevant projects,
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Traffic Manager / Junior Traffic Manager in a TTL Advertising Agency (or in a similar environment i.e. Radio) Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc.) Chase experience is essential. MS Project is advantageous Well versed in Digital A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Strong multi-taksing skills Strong administration and organizational sklls Good project management skills Good analytical and numeracy skills
