Requirements:
•SANC registered
•Relevant Nursing degree/diploma
•Post basic qualification in Theatre/Critical Care OR Emergency.
•5 years Unit Manager experience essential
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
