Detail:Main Responsibilities on Duty
Maintenance and management of the office asset register. Custody and safekeeping of merchandise. Petty cash requisition and the purchase of office supplies. Liaising with office vendors for invoicing or service requests. Posting monthly invoices on the internal invoicing system Welcoming visitors in the office and booking boardroom/desk space. Assisting with claims reimbursements. Liaising with couriers for receiving and distributing merchandise or any staff equipment. Assist the local team with local event logistics.
