What will you do:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and plan to increase brand awareness and reach, create campaigns and content that drive audience resonance, drive customer acquisition through leads, drive innovation within the business, and work closely with the operational teams to ensure alignment of the brand strategy across the business.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the South African target market, a thirst for knowledge and customer understanding, exceptional leadership skills, a flare for ideation and creative thinking, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities being:
- Strategic Planning
- Manage and monitor service providers to ensure they are delivering the agreed outputs and continuously drive improvement.
- Manage the budget, scope of work and delivery of key service providers.

What do you need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing techniques and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create Shareholder Presentations.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
