As the Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and plans for the commissioning of the FLNG vessel. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and create realistic timelines for the successful execution of the project. Additionally, you will
monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track. Your expertise in project management tools and techniques will be crucial in optimizing resource allocation and improving project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and plans using project management software.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify critical path activities and potential risks that may impact project timelines.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, identify deviations from the plan, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure resource availability and allocation aligns with project needs.
- Prepare progress reports, Gantt charts, and other visualizations to communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
- Support project managers in developing contingency plans and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that action items are tracked and completed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project planner or scheduler in large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Essential Requirements
- Previous offshore experience
- Experience working on a project (commissioning/construction/hookup)
- Need to be comfortable working offshore for 2-3 months
- Valid Passport
- Possess the following certifications: BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical, Yellow Fever card, Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
