Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the warranty claims team and all related duties Monthly reporting on team performance as well as quality control Provide technical support to team.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification 10 Years of relevant experience with 3 -5 years Management Experience Computer Literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Customer service training advantageous. Ability to work fast paced and under pressure. Very good communications skills both verbal and written. Proven record in managing staff (preferably at least 10). Understanding of insurance principles advantageous.
