Job Description
Ninety9Cents is looking for an experienced Senior TTL Account Manager to join one of our larger retail client service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for both ATL and Digital advertising and driving the continued brand success of one of our largest retail clients.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading multiple projects from concept through to roll-out and final reporting; liaising and working with all internal stakeholders on the brand and driving a positive and collaborative relationship with client. Our ideal person will be strategically strong and able to proactively lead client in creative solutions.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients To provide full support to the BUD Manage campaigns and projects, i.e. print catalogues/digital campaigns, etc Work with the team to ensure that campaigns are seamless, functional and innovative Work in an agile fashion and independently Ensuring that client brand guidelines remains consistent across design elements Ensuring constant and effective flow of communication between agency, client and suppliers as well as arranging, attending and documenting meetings Assist with preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to relevant parties, and ensure meticulous activation Assist with monitoring effectiveness of campaigns to ensure client campaigns are properly planned and reported on against campaign objectives, KPIs and metrics Maintain an active knowledge of industry and marketing trends Deliver jobs on time, on budget and continuously exceed client expectations
Minimum requirements include:
At least 3 years’ experience as an account manager in an advertising agency Proven track record of working on ATL and Digital campaigns Tertiary qualification in advertising/marketing highly advantageous and preferred Candidate will need to be someone who can hit the ground running, someone who takes initiative and can work well independantly with minimum senior level input Someone who can act as a leader to the rest of the team Excellent time management Proven experience working on Product and price campaigns Excellent attention to detail Strategically driven for the betterment of the client’s business Exceptional interpersonal skills Committed collaborative team player Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong communicator who is able to give clear guidance and direction whilst operating under pressure, with tight turnarounds and short deadlines Proficient in MS Office Prior experience on Workbook advantageous but not essential
