RedCat Recruitment is an experienced HEAD OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT for a large national concern – position based in the Kloof area, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal .
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (an additional diploma/degree in business management would be added advantage).
Registered Assessor and Moderator.
ETDP Practitioner
5yrs+ training management experience in a SETA-accredited training and development environment.
3yrs+ of project management experience.
Manage training and development projects, including resources, budgets, and the training and management of learners’ success in projects.
Manage the operations of the academy business unit, which includes, but is not limited to: training sites, clients, sales, marketing, business development, preparation for invoicing, budgeting and financial forecasting for the three-year operational plan.
Manage the quality of assessment through the oversight of POE’s and the management of ETQA policies.
Manage people and perform office and training administration, which includes but it not limited to: the management of client and learner queries and complaints, the management and motivation of project coordinators and administrators, and the management of project status reports and information records.
