Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and resonate with target audiences. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and support the development of innovative campaigns. Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating insights and rationales. Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand strategy and strategic planning. Mentor and guide junior strategists, fostering a culture of learning and development. Participate in new business pitches, contributing strategic insights and ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy and strategic planning within an advertising agency or similar environment. Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on integrated campaigns across various media, including digital, print, and TV. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies. Experience with data analytics tools and software.
