We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our team in the FMCG consumer health sector, based in South Africa, Johannesburg. The candidate requires a deep understanding of consumer health supply chain logistics and coupled with extensive account management experience. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills is essential. The Key Account Manager is tasked to develop sharp and creative business strategies for different challenges in this fast-moving landscape. Key Account Managers are expected to be entrepreneurs, leading a team of multifunctional resources from the front line. You'll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with our customers by continuously engaging, negotiating, seeking solutions, and play a key role in meaningful and effective communication between all parties.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts. 2. Serving as a trusted business advisor, service expert and single point of contact. 3. Work with the customer, operations and commercial to deliver on business objectives. 4. Developing, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet and exceed goals. 5.
