Job Description:
Plan and execute planned and unplanned outages/shutdowns
Implement and update maintenance strategy for the business
Submit monthly project reports
Lead root cause analysis of repetitive failure and recommend improvement actions
Identify risk exposure and risk mitigation measures
Ensure all safety files for service providers are reviewed and approved
Partake in all investigations relevant to maintenance activities
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma/ Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years Maintenance / Engineering/Project experience - preferably in the chemical /petrochemical industry
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Maintenance Systems
Must have experience with preparation and management of budgets (OPEX & CAPEX)
Good understanding of SHEQ systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 19001)
