Job Specifications: Position is responsible for the management of sales and building customer relationships.
The position requires selling of technical products and provide supporting services to meet the customer’s demands and as result generate sales for the Company. Tasks and duties may vary but main duties include:
Develop a sales plan for growing the company’s client base
Identify top prospects that will be targeted by you for active pursuit.
Manage sales and pricing to allow achievement of Company Margins
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Complete the company’s daily reporting structure detailing factors such as: whereabouts, client potential, prospects, feedback, successes and failures.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Identify, research and resolve customer issues
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and new client base
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Achieve agreed upon visit and call ratio
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Keep proper record of all pricing requests and feedback
Attend sales meetings and training sessions with the seriousness required
Complete any sales related reports as requested by company
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years sales experience
Own transport
