Job Summary: The Commercial - Operations Liaison is a critical role within our organization, serving as the vital link between our clients and operational teams. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the effective setup of our products, guarantee delivery accuracy and timing, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage client needs and operational execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements and timelines. Oversee the initial onboarding phase for new clients, ensuring they are familiarized with our products and services through comprehensive training sessions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, translating these into actionable plans for the operational team. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services, addressing any issues that may arise promptly. Monitor the setup process to ensure that all client requirements are met and that any potential challenges are identified and resolved quickly. Provide ongoing support to clients during the initial phase, ensuring they have a positive experience and are fully satisfied with our solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for any future needs or inquiries. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the onboarding and delivery processes, implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on client onboarding progress, delivery status, and any issues encountered. Thought leadership: Work with key individuals within the sales team in order to decide on Thought Leadership topics, and provide the business with content to build relationships with clients, with a main focus on C-Suite engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a data research or analytics company. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track and report on progress. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
