Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, and copywriting).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Community Management:
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback.
- Engage with followers to foster a positive community and enhance user experience.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).
- Use data insights to refine and improve future social media strategies.
- Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
- Innovation and Collaboration:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Experiment with new content types, formats, and strategies to keep the brand relevant.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to expand reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a digital marketing coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in running social media ads and campaigns.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
