Leading financial Institution requires highly driven analytical individual to manage their actuarial team. This role is in the life division within the financial industry. As such, the person must be able to coordinate the actuarial input into the financial planning process. Liaising between the Actuarial, Finance, Claims and Re-insurance divisions.
As such all activity will take place in this context:
Understanding and implementation of SAM in the corporate actuarial environment. Understanding of current ECAP models Implementation of ECAP models Setup of profit testing models Co-ordination with the risk management function to build the internal model and risk structures for the business Identify Own risk and provide Self-Assessment Accurate Business planning Technical support to divisions within the group. Technical follow up of the legislation relating to insurance, analysis of the implementation and set up of the law evolutions. Accurate forecasting Monthly and annual financial reporting Calculating statutory capital Staff management Strategic thought and leadership presentations Assessment of competitor products and pricing
