"TRS is looking for a METHODS & CONSTRUCTABILITY MANAGER to join our international client’s AFUNGI PROJECT based in MOZAMBIQUE."
JOB DESCRIPTION: Constructability Analysis: Evaluate construction plans to ensure they are practical, cost-effective, and can be successfully implemented within the project constraints. Value Engineering: Explore opportunities for value engineering, finding ways to optimize construction processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project efficiency. Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to provide input on constructability during the design phase and identify potential challenges or improvements. Methodology Development: Develop and implement construction methodologies that maximize efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the construction process. Identify potential construction risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly. Contribute to project planning by providing insights into construction sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Provide guidance and support to the construction team, addressing any constructability challenges that may arise during the construction phase.
QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Accredited Degree qualification. Mandatory TEN (10) years’ recent proven work-related experience within Oil & Gas Industry. Preferably with technical key skills of module fabrication, erection on site Soft skills: communication, interface management, coordination with construction subcon & engineering. ________________________________________
