Responsibilities
: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and hiring and managing contractors. Manage tenant relations, including screening and selecting tenants, collecting rent, and resolving tenant complaints. Prepare financial reports and budgets, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in property management. Real estate license. Experience with property management software. Experience with budgeting and financial reporting. Experience with tenant screening and selection. Experience with resolving tenant complaints. Experience with maintenance and upkeep of properties.
