JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Degree / BTech (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology.
3 - 5 years Human Capital Generalist experience in rendering business partnering / support to a business unit.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Good working knowledge of VIP payroll. Strong MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of latest legislation, BCEA, EE, LRA, BBBEE, SDA employment legislation and market best practice.
Thorough understanding of human resources principles.
Hospital / healthcare environment working experience will be advantageous.
Understanding job evaluation process and grading structures.
Excellent knowledge of HC Policies and procedures.
Responsible for the health and safety of the department.
