Hire Resolve is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Sales Admin Controller to join our esteemed client, a renowned leader in the food and beverage sector. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team, driving sales processes and ensuring seamless operations within a thriving market.
Responsibilities:
Engage with the Commercial Team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly in the accuracy of figures in all reports. Adhere to deadlines, policies, and procedures to achieve main objectives. Address queries, assist in problem resolution, and escalate issues when necessary. Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment. Maximize the use of in-house systems for efficient reporting and follow-up. Support and leverage Admin Team colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge on relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric/Senior Certificate. Tertiary qualification in any business-related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Admin, Sales, or Marketing). Proficient in computer literacy, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint. High level of attention to detail. Strong administration abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Ability to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
