Looking for a fresh start?! Looking for Night Quality Supervisor in Cape Town to be responsible for the co-coordinating and leading of quality patient care during the night in support of hospital and nursing objectives of quality, growth and people.
Requirements:
•Degree or Diploma in Nursing
•Registered with SANC
•Management experience will be an advantage.
•Proven leadership abilities
•Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data.
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
