Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Financial Advisor Assistant in Pretoria. As part of our client’s dynamic team, you will support Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional financial services and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Assist Financial Advisors in preparing and reviewing financial plans Create and maintain comprehensive client records and reports Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities Provide timely responses to client inquiries and service requests Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for Financial Advisors Assist in the onboarding process for new clients Ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies Support various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry RE5 certification is beneficial Prior experience in life insurance and investment planning Strong understanding of financial products and services Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Superior communication and client-facing skills Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
