Job Description
To ensure revenue management by closing revenue leakage gaps, driving annual fee pricing, the highest level of customer experience when resolving customer queries and operationalising the VAF pricing strategy. To oversee and manage the VAF rate arbitrations and reversals team, ensuring customer service levels are continuously maintained and improved. To reduce VAF queries which have an immediate and direct impact on the VAF income statement.
Qualifications
Business & Commercial Banking
First Degree, Business Commerce Preferred.
8-10 years Experience within a product house (preferably in VAF) and in operations and managing change processes.
