Responsibilities
:
Develop new and improved products and processes for the FMCG industry
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products and processes meet the needs of customers and are cost-effective
Conduct research and development to identify new technologies and applications
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and implement new quality control procedures
Maintain and update engineering documentation
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Key Skills:
If we can find someone with some background in Meat Processing that will be a bonus,
They must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal,
They will have to give training to people of all levels,
This is a job where you need to be able to influence people of all levels,
Systematic thinking is needed,
Qualifications:
B.Sc Degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
Strong technical skills
