The main purpose of the job it to ensure the customer/branch receives accurate quotations and the design of the roof trusses is according to customer requirements.
Job Description
1. Roof material requirements calculations
2. Provide Quotations
3. Visiting the sites
4. Manage and monitor Building Plans
5. Estimation finalization
6. Finalise Roof truss plan
7. Obtain Customer/Store plan
8. Liaise with Truss Plant Manager and Truss Foreman
9. Manufacturing of Trusses
10. Administration and Invoicing
11. Submit monthly reports
12. To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Job Requirements
Grade 12
3 years’ experience in the roof truss industry
Mitek Intermediate 20/20 certificate
Technical Qualification or Diploma (Quantity Surveying) advantageous
Thorough knowledge of the Mitek system
